- I'd just like to add some info... the socket on the motherboard fitts JUST
- fine to an FPU (or actually FPCP). Also the frequency problem is this... in
- the Amiga 1200 there is just one oscilator, running about 30MHz. This is then
- scaled down to the different components in the Amiga. It's no problem to
- replace the crystal to a 33.3MHz at all... the processor will then run on
- 16.5MHz... everything will go faster (the graphics too). The only thing is
- that the luminance-circuit in the rf-modulator (the one that gives out
- composite video and TV-signa) won't deliver the signal in right frequensy.
- What happens is that if ya run the Amiga with a standard TV (not via RGB or
- SCART) the picture will not be synced. So if yo run with a monitor... no
- plobs!
